Learning unit contents
The course deals with corporation law. Belgian company law is the main focus.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The purpose of this course is to give students a good knowledge of the law applicable to companies, from their incorporation to their winding up, so that students will be able in the future to develop their knowledge in the field by themselves.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
The course requires full French proficiency.

This course is mainly taught ex cathedra, numerous questions being also asked to the audience during the course.
