Learning unit contents
Teaching in the second term.
Various topics in corporate law are studied in detail, particularly those linking corporate law and arbitration. Such topics include for example the theory of the corporate veil, power of representation, arbitral clauses in group of companies, price fixing, the duty of information, etc. From one year to the other, the emphasis may be put on one of these questions.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Thanks to this course, students should master the legal issues studied. They will also be able to find their way by themselves in the moving landscape of corporate law. Finally, they will be able to develop a personal analysis in the field.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
To have successfully passed a course in corporate law.

Ex cathedra courses, combined with discussion in class. Reading assignments enabling discussions in class.
