Extra support course for first-year students who failed exam in a mathematics course in the exam period of January.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

As part of a range of support offered to students, this course is aimed to provide additional support for students who are struggling with their mathematics courses.

Pre-requisite or corequisite units are presented in the programme of study.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course is organised on an à la carte basis according to the material that each student needs to review. It can take several forms: common question-and-answer sessions aimed at identifying the parts that have not been mastered correctly, guided exercises and corrections of previous exams, individual coaching sessions, participation in the SI-PASS programme, specific activities organised by remedial staff, etc.
