Learning unit contents

The course provides students with problem-based learning situations to introduce them to the neuropsychological approach. The course proposes case analyses in small groups under the supervision of clinical neuropsychologist to address the entire assessment process of an adult or child.
 

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

The course aims at introducing students to the neuropsychological evaluation process (identification of relevant elements of the application and missing information, formulation of diagnostic hypotheses, complementary examination planning, interpretation of results, proposal for a therapeutic project)

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Corequisites: "Méthodes d'évaluation et de diagnostic en neuropsychologie de l'adulte" (PSYC0096-1) and "Méthodes d'évaluation et de diagnostic en neuropsychologie de l'enfant" (PSYC5878-1).  

This class is not open to Erasmus students.

The course consisted of problem-based learning sessions conducted by students under the  supervision of clinical neuropsychologists

A failure to attend the exercise sessions will result in a penalty of 2 points on the final grade as well as the completion of additional work on the topic covered in the session.
