Learning unit contents
The courses aim at introducing students to various clinical aspects of oncology in adults and children: surgery, anatomo-pathology, radiology, pharmacology, and radiotherapy.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The main objective is to provide students with the necessary pathological knowledge and techniques so that they can best act when confronted with oncological problems.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Co and pre-requisites are detailed in the general Baccalaureate Medical formation (global course program).
Basic knowledge of the following fields is indispensable: embryology, anatomy, physiology, physiopathology, nephrology, and bacteriology. Advanced knowledge of semiology and propedeutics are essential in order to approach this subject.

Pluridisciolinary teaching course. Mainly theoretical teaching courses and in addiiton a few practical teaching courses. See also practical courses.
