Learning unit contents

The transdisciplinary project (PTE) offers the opportunity to students to conduct, by pairs, a project in a company during the whole academic year of their Master 3. This transdisciplinary project can encompass many organizational subjects such as new organizational strategies, new HR policies, labor market adaptations, new regulations or laws, the adoption of a new management tools or information system, changes in social dialogues, transitions towards new infrastructures, etc. This seminar, organized during the first semester, aims to support students in the implemention of their project.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

- Develop a practical expertise in project management by contributing to the development and implementation of an organizational project.

- Design and use a set of tools related to project monitoring (indicators, objectives, stages, means, methods, assessment) in a professional setting. 

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

This seminar logically follows the one taught during the first quadrimester (GEST7086-1). 

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

An internship of approximately 2 days/week on-site will be planned (60 days per student in average on the academic year).

Additional information:

Collective sessions will be organized in hybrid mode throughout the year to brainstorm with students on their respective projects and the challenges of their implementation.

The evaluation will consist of an integrative report structured around different sections pertaining to the project conduct.
