Learning unit contents

The student must write an individual work of research and legal analysis, consisting either of a review of case law is in a scholarly article.

Supervision and evaluation work is supported by professors of the department of law. They may, in accordance with Article 14 of the examination regulations, delegate the monitoring and evaluation of their work (s) assistant (s).

The logistician, M. Michel PETERS, is coordinating the course.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

The student must learn how to write a scientific individual paper, and for this purpose:

The course aims to prepare the student to the final work graduation final year of master in law.

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

The course assumes a thorough knowledge of French.

It also involves the acquisition of technical literature searches.
