Special access conditions
Admissions
The candidate needs to be holder of :
- a Graduate diploma of higher education in law, economics or management Science
- a Graduate diploma of higher education with relevant professional experience of at least two years in competition law
- a foreing degree, provided it is deemed equivalent to a domestic 2nd cycle education degree by the relevant jury
Admission on basis of at least five years of a professional/personal experience that is relevant to the proposed programme, including completed previous studies, if approved by the relevant jury.

Participants' profile
- Business lawyers and economic consultats (junior and senior) seeking to expand, improve or refresh their knowledge of competition law and economics
- Companies, not only in-house lawyers, but also managers, executives and public affairs experts who come across competition issues in their daily business activities.
- Civil servants from competition agencies, sectorial regulators, public administrations and state-owned companies, who regularly have to deal with situations involving competition lax.
- Young graduates in law or economics who seek to add another string to their bow.
