Schedule
Units courses prerequisite and corequisite
Prerequisite or corequisite units are presented within each program
Learning unit contents
This learning unit includes 4 weeks of practical activities : radiology (1 week), clinical biology (1 week) and infectiology and parasitology (2 weeks). The program is detailed in each sub-unit.
Clinical Biology
Medical imaging
The teaching will include radiology of small animal, production animal and equidae.
Previous knowledge will be tested on Monday morning.
During the week, students will mainly work on eCampus and interactive feed-back sessions will be organized.
Infectiology and veterinay parasitology
The students participate interactively in (1) clinical case presentations, (2) practical work on the modalities of sampling and diagnostic tools, and (3) seminars on specific topics prepared by the different services. An external activity is organized every week in wildlife rehabilitation centers.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
see details for each sub unit
Clinical Biology
Medical imaging
The main objective of the teaching activity is to stimulate the students to image analysis through interaction with the teachers.
Infectiology and veterinay parasitology
Training focuses on case studies and seminars on specific topics. The aim is to teach students to adopt a transversal approach in the diagnosis, prevention and control of infectious and parasitic animal
