Learning unit contents
The course is made up of 3 different parts:
1/ Hybrid course
2/ Interaction
3/ Presentation Skills (Online test)
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
At the end of the course, the student will reach the Level B2+ of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages in oral interaction within his or her field of specialty.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
The student has to have a B2 level in prepared speaking (cf. CEFR) before starting the course.

Hybrid course; Interaction (weekly speaking, 2nd semester, 1h/wk.); online learning modules for presentation skills.

Additional information:
The weighing of each part for the final grade depends on the number of hybrid courses that the student is following (for this cf. the English Course Description document on Ecampus).
A student who is absent for one hybrid course and/or the exam will automatically be considered ABSENT (A) in June for his or her English course
Students signing the 'interaction' part will be given a final grade of 0/20 for the entire course.
The students who sign the hybrid course will be given 0/20 for that hybrid course.
Exemptions, not even partial, will not be granted.

Organizational remarks
A student who leaves for one term/semester/year has to contact the English teachers before leaving.
A precise description of the course organization and contents as well as the evaluation criteria (Introductory Documents + English Course Description) has been made available for the students on eCampus.
