The objectives of this course is that students should:
1) acquire a good understanding of what Corporate and Social governance are, their importance, and consequences if they are not well established or taken into account.
2) be able to analyze the impact of corporate and social governance on companies
3) understand the role and influence of stakeholders
4) become aware of the differences in the regulatory framework of corporate governance in some key countries
5) manage to identify key parameters/criteria used by investors to assess corporate and social governance,
6) be able to illustrate through examples.

Ex-cathedra course illustrated by examples and/or a case study, together with quiz/MCQ and interactions with students.

Additional information:
2 to 3 distance learning classes, 1 face-to face (class on Saturday) and 0 to 1 hybrid learning class (face-to-face and distance learning). This will be announced before the beginning of this course.

For the first session of exams
- Permanent evaluation during the lectures (such as Wooclap test, students' active participation, ...)
- Evaluation after the lectures :
- Paper/Study work (individual or in group to be decided with the students)
- Written exam : MCQ and/or open questions
- Oral exam : open questions and presentation of the paper
For the second session of exams, there will only be an oral exam with questions on the course and the study work which had been presented in the first session. The students have the possibility to improve and resubmit their paper.
For the students who did not present their study work in the first session of exams, they will have to do so in the second session.
