Part 1: Risk Management and Quality of Care Analysis: Project Development and Change Management, General Theory

  • Understand the principles of quality of care assessment 
  • Select and use the right quality assessment tools
  • Distinguishing the concepts of incidents and accidents and adverse events
  • Identify/prevent/manage risks (incident-accident) using appropriate methods and tools
Part 2: Risk Management and Quality of Care Analysis: Project Development and Change Management, Nursing Theory and Practical Work
  • Explore the principles of quality of care assessment in nursing practice
  • Exercise a process of influence to transform care practices and/or their contexts
  • Adapt projects to change requirements
  • Select and use project methodology tools adapted to the problem arising from a complex care situation
  • Select and use the right quality assessment tools Propose actions to ensure the sustainability of the project 
  • Integrate the project into a quality approach
