- Understand the principles of quality of care assessment
- Select and use the right quality assessment tools
- Distinguishing the concepts of incidents and accidents and adverse events
- Identify/prevent/manage risks (incident-accident) using appropriate methods and tools
- Explore the principles of quality of care assessment in nursing practice
- Exercise a process of influence to transform care practices and/or their contexts
- Adapt projects to change requirements
- Select and use project methodology tools adapted to the problem arising from a complex care situation
- Select and use the right quality assessment tools Propose actions to ensure the sustainability of the project
