Learning outcomes of the learning unit
At the end of the course, the students will be able to :
-susbtibtle a video (from the timecode-delineated lines to the final stage of adding the subtitles to the pictures).
- Undertand the concept of localized communication taking into accound their specific intercultural components (for awareness campaigns as well as advertising campaigns).
- activate specific strategies and knowledge in the framework of a "specialized language";
- apply strategies discussed and tested throughout the year; therefore, define and comment on their methodology;
- justify their choices on the basis of relevant criteria.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Having been trained to the translation of general interest texts.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Exclusively for Francophones.
