Learning unit contents
The author of this course can vary each time. This year, we will read the Melian Dialogue (Thucydides, V, 84-116). There is no private reading.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Linguistic training, illustrating the main literary genres as well as Greek civilisation and stimulating the reading of Greek authors.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Very good knowledge of Ancient Greek.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Personal preparation is required each week.
Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)
Two hours a week during the second term.

Paris edition by Jacqueline de Romilly (CUF). No syllabus.
