Development of the « savoir-être » of future executives as people managers. To developp ethical and critical attitudes. To understand the role of leader and manager. Auto-evaluation of participation and decision making.To make links with professional situation.

The learning objectives are:
  - To identify the representation of leader and HRM
- To identify professional situation and decision making;
- To organize meeting and team work
- Auto evaluation of management style, 
- To be a nanager in new organizational structure
- To take ethical choice
