Principles, steps, terms of data collection in the environment, so as to be able to build an instrumentation plan.
Part One: 1.
1. Different stages of the instrumentation plan
- definition of the problem and objectives
- choice of measured parameters, a parametric sensitivity study
- choice of measurement methods: (description of some typical methods
- choice of collection instruments according to various characteristics
- metrology (error, resolution, reproducibility, ...)
- sampling techniques - placement of measuring instruments
- constraints of field measurement - units and scales in the environment

4 Theoretical bases: statistical elements, different sampling plans, sampling error, replicas, ...
