Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Have access to the certificate:
Holders of a university or higher education of a long type degree. certificate
Have access to the certificate based on a file of valuation of the acquired assets (contact Serge Garcet, the person in charge of the certificate):
Holders of a short type education degree with proof of two years of professional or personal experience relevant to victimology.
Candidates who do not have one of the aforementioned titles may have access to the certificate basis on a valuation of professional or personal acquired experience of at least five years.

Additional information:
The university certificate in clinical victimology is based on hybrid education. It consists of the online follow-up of a Mooc entitled: "Victims: introduction to victimology" and face-to-face sessions (or at a distance if it is impossible to attend face-to-face). The modules of the Mooc are as follows: Module 1: Definitions of the victim. Module 2: Representations and images of the victim. Module 3: Help for victims. Module 4: Sociocognitive approach to the victimization process. Module 5: Forensic approach to the victim. Module 6: Psycho-legal approach to the victim. Module 7: Psycho-trauma. Module 8: The therapeutic approach to the victim Module 9: Elements of law. Module 10: Examples of victimization. Face-to-face sessions focus on the following topics: Introduction to the social issues of victimization processes Clinical approach to the victim Legal approach to the victim Assessment, management and support of the victim Face-to-face teaching consists of a deepening of the concepts envisaged in the Mooc and the sharing of experiences with professionals and academics specializing in these questions. It favors interaction and the co-construction of knowledge.
Introduction to social issues of victimization processes
The in victimology university certificate in victimology
consists of 90 hours of teaching and a personnal report using 30 hours .
90 hours : Lectures supported by
various members of the academic staff ,
specialists in these different themes and debateswith professionnals professionals in
a transdisciplinary approach .
Built around small groups of participants , and
active pedagogy , teaching emphasizes the
interaction and co- construction of knowledge .
Personal work : 30 hours. Writing a work
of end of study (TFE) . Realization of an
integrative and transdisciplinary work related to victimology from the
teachings and the personal professional practice.
