The course will be divided into clinical and legal contributions, followed by a time of discussion with the students about issues and study cases related to the theme of the course session.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The objective of this course is threefold: first, to clarify and discuss, with the help of theoretical data from the fields of psychology, criminology and law, the place and rights of the child in specific environments; second, to question theses issues; and finally, to provide perspectives of actions to professionals and future professionals in the field.

Additional information:
Analysis of a case study that will verify the integration of criminological and legal contents. This type of evaluation will also be one of the learning methods present in most of the course sessions allowing the student to practice the teachers' expectations and the appropriation of the course contents.
