Learning unit contents

This course is both an introductory course to Criminology and a course that aims to stimulate critical thinking. It deals, among others, with crime & figures, crime é the media, radicalization, drugs, organized crime, etc.

  • Learn the basis of the criminological analysis
  • Learn the different methods and paradgims that can be used to study criminological items
  • Feel the difficulties implied by the research in the field of criminology

No written support. Slideshows and other supports available available (see below)

Assessment methods and criteria

Written exam. The exam will take place "in presential" or through a "online examen", depending on the evolution of the health situation. But, in any case, this exam will include one open question and a true/false.
