Part II continues the biological investigations commonly performed in the Clinical Chemistry laboratory:   biological exploration and detection of inborn errors of metabolism - biological exploration of systemic and specific autoimmune diseases - biological exploration of pathologies of the medullocortico-adrenal function - biological exploration of cardiovascular pathologies - biological exploration of allergies - biological exploration of tumour markers - biological exploration of the hepatic function - biological exploration of inflammation - biological exploration of phosphocalcic metabolism and osteoporosis - biological exploration of the thyroid function

 

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of partim II, the student will be able to interpret the results of a lab protocol and understand the variations observed (basic) between different results in a given physiopathology context.

Biochemistry, physiology, physiopathology, clinical chemistry partim I.
