Learning unit contents
This courses aims to make students aware of the importance of communication skills in veterinary practice, and to give them tools to develop these skills.
It is based on the "prism model".
It mainly consists of analysis of videotaped interactions with owners.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The objectives are to develop analysis, comprehension and action skills of the students in the context of the interaction with clients in veterinary practice, leading to shared decisions.

Based on the analysis of videotaped interactions with owners, at the beginning and the end of the formation.

Assessment methods and criteria
Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.

Evaluation is based on the participation to the theoretical session, and on the reflexive attitude of the student.
