Learning unit contents
Clinical training based on the radiographic and ultrasonographic examinations realized during the day on the patients referred to the imaging service.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
- Lear how to obtain good quality radiographs respecting radioprotection principles ;
- Learn the principle of image formation and the principles of radiographic analysis and interpretation;
- Learn how to establish a differential diagnosis based on the radiographic signs;
- Learn how to write a radiographic report;
- Learn how to critically choose the right imaging technique for each clinical case;
- Aquire some basic knowledge in ultrasonography.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Basic knowledge in anatomy, veterinary radiology and radioprotection.
