Statistical inference - sampling distributions - parameter estimation - hypothesis testing
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
To learn the theorical and pratical elements of statistical inference. After completing the course the student is expected to - formulate a statistical hypothesis - select adequate statistical method to test this hypothesis - make and interpret the results of usual statistical inference.
