Learning outcomes of the learning unit
To learn the elements of descriptive statistics and the principles of the statistical methods. After completing the course the student is expected to - summarize data by means of tables, graphs and numerical measures, - calculate probabilities of events, - make correct use of the commonly used probability distributions.
