Additional information:

Attending 10 seminars will give 5 point to the mark.
For 5 seminars amongst those attended, we ask a critical summary in two pages (in the  language of the seminar). This report will have to be given or e-mailed (in pdf) to the 5 persons responsible at the latest on the Monday following the seminar. Each report will be graded, and will be worth 2 points. Guidelines for writing the report are attached.
The examination will consist in a 15 minute mini-seminar, in English, worth 5 points. This mini-seminar will be based on a recent research paper (< 2 years) in astrophysics, geophysics or oceanology, and approved by one professor two weeks before the beginning of the examination session.
For the second session, 5 reports will have to be reworked, together with an additional mini-seminar.

Work placement(s)

Organizational remarks
