Learning unit contents
The training focuses in particular on specific interdisciplinary lessons given in pairs by a law professor and a professor from HEC Liège.
For 2019-2020, the seminar will consist of four parts:
- in-depth company law: Roman Aydogdu and Alexandre Streel
- Financing of the company: Frédéric Georges and Wilfried Niessen
- Banking: Georges Hübner and Benoît Waltregny
- Socio-organizational innovations: Olivier Lisein and Matthieu Simon
