Learning unit contents
Specific methods used for the diagnosis of hematology diseases in the clinical laboratory. The course is the follow-up of the introduction to clinical biology, hematology section, whereby the main cytology and coagulation tests are adressed.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Immuno-hematology and blood banking: description of the main system of blood goups. Laboratory methods used in the context of blood transfusion.
