Quality assurance systems ; accreditation bodies and audit procedure ; documentation ; quality manual ; standard operating procedures ; quality manager ; technique validation ; internal quality control ; internal audits ; corrective and preventive actions ; complaints ; specific goals in clinical laboratoires, Lean.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

This course provides informations on quality assurance systems implementation and development in clinical laboratoires, on the ISO 17025 international standard for assays laboratories and on the ISO 15189 international standard, specific to the medical laboratoires.
