Learning unit contents
Writing the portfolio is a transversal work that aims to allow participants to adopt a reflective and critical posture vis-à-vis their learning (knowledge and skills acquired) and their professional practice, from the beginning to the end of the training.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The participant will be able to mobilize the knowledge and know-how acquired throughout the training, in the different teaching units, in a reflection on his professional development. From an inventory of his expectations and needs made at the start of the training, he / she will have to retrace the progress of his reflection by showing the contributions of the lessons received and co-constructed with the teaching team.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
All the teaching units of the certificate are co-required for the drafting of the portfolio.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
An introductory seminar will serve as a diagnostic stage of the needs and expectations of the participants. Participants will receive precise instructions relating to the different types of traces to be used and the sections of the portfolio. The writing work will be essentially individual.
Individual follow-up and group sharing sessions around the development of the portfolio and its various sections will take place.
Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)
remotely and face-to-face (if sanitary conditions allow).
A work and follow-up schedule (individual and collective) will be provided at the start of the training.
An individual follow-up session (schedule to be defined in consultation with the teacher), and a collective session, lasting 3 hours, will be organized.
Organisational adjustments related to the current health context
If the health situation no longer allows the organization of face-to-face courses, the lessons will be provided online (videoconference) at the scheduled times. The sessions will be recorded and posted on MyULiège.
People who have difficulties in following the videoconference courses (no computer, no correct internet connection, no workspace at their home ...) are invited to let me know as soon as possible.
All course materials will be made available on eCampus.
