Learning outcomes of the learning unit
1. To understand the conceptual and epistemological framework relating to change and its goals. 2. To acquire the theoretical foundations which enable students to decode the main processes of consultancy and psychosociological intervention 3. To acquire the methodological and technical foundations which enable students to carry out the main consultancy processes and psychosociological intervention 4. To raise students' awareness of contemporary issues in organisations and the role that consultancy plays in organisational psychology. 5. To put the professional opportunities of organisational psychology consultancy into perspective. 6. To develop a critical approach to consultancy and organisational psychology, as well as the theories and practices connected with it.

Assessment methods and criteria
Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.
A case study will be given to students several months before the exam. In groups, students will analyse the problems presented by the case study, then will elaborate and document a proposal for intervention.

A session of presentation of the objectives and structure of the course will be organized during the first semester in SPGO (B63a); mandatory presence.
