Learning unit contents
The main goal of this course is to develop a student's ability to understand the context in which a training activity takes place, and to take this context into account in the development of the activities used, in order to either adapt their training to this social context or attempt to modify it.
Specifically, this involves comprehending the cognitive, psychosocial, professional, economical and cultural realities of the individuals in training, in order to later develop training strategies which can be easily integrated into their environment.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The main goal of this course is to develop the students' ability to use the results of context analysis in their training.
Among others, students will be given tools and analysis frameworks so that they can analyze the context in which the "training function" takes place.
Among those tools and frameworks, we will use:
- tools for psycho-sociological investigation
- work and activity analysis
- biographical tools
- analysis models to assess pedagogical tools
- systemic models
