Agriculture and city

For the MASTERS PPRN and the Masters GFEN:
This course in Urban Agriculture of the module 'plant and city' describes first in depth the benefits brought by this type of activities from a sustainable development perspective (description 3 pillars of social, ecology and economics). The typologies of urban agriculture are then explained according to the real estate functions. Then, the different production techniques adapted to an urban environment are explained (in particular: above-ground cultivation, hydroponics, aquaponics).
 
For the Master AP:
It is requested taking into account the achievements of the 1st Master to carry out a bibliographical review of the tools/techniques that can be used in projects integrating urban agriculture and possibly biodiversity.
 
For all Masters:
Excursion illustrating techniques and their implementation in concrete achievements.
