Contents:
- Introduction to Marine Biology fundamentals (primary production, trophic webs, biological cycles, ecosystem connectivity);
- Fisheries sciences fundamentals;
- Fishery Policy and marine protected area.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
To obtain fundamental notion in marine biology and fisheries sciences, allowing to assess the socio-economical and environmental complexities of the gestion of sea ressources exploitation.
