Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The aim of the teaching is to give a translationnal view of the biomarkers used in digestive dieseases.
- knowledge of the physiopathologic/ physiologic role of the biomarkers
- knowledge of the dosage techiques
- understanding of he use of he biomarkers in the management of digestive diseases
feacal calprotectine will be dicssued more largerly .
The aim of this teaching is also to understand the general principles of balanced nutrition.
Using the example of type 2 diabetes, understand how and why nutritional disorders lead to pathology
