Learning unit contents

This work represents or in depth analysis of a clinical case or a study based on clinical, translational of basic research. The topic is chosen in collaboration with the Senior physician responsible for the training of the candidate. This work is performed during one or several years of training (usually between the 4th and 6th years). Ideally it should be published in a peer-reviewed journal.

Assessment methods and criteria

Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.

The assessment is made by a jury composed of the responsible teachers and other senior gastroenterologist, both on the written manuscript and on the oral presentation of the work at the end of the last year of training
