MASTERTUESDAY 2021 (covid or not covid ?)
This course is a practical attempt at providing a 360-degree update on recent literature, based on a selection of works published between 2018 and 2020. It does not confine itself to considering Italian culture as a dead and buried beauty, nor does it regard it as the spoiled child of standardized media coverage of excellent writers and intellectuals.
The next year we will explore the narrative world of Ernesto Ferrero (1938), focusing on his last two texts: Amarcord bianconero (2018) and Francesco e il Sultano (2019).
