Study of the verbal predication and of the general syntax. Reading of texts written in hieroglyphs.

General overview of the grammatical system of Classical Egyptian. Reading of complex texts.

Assessment methods and criteria
Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.
Written and oral examination (May-June)
The mark of the midterm exam in January will count for 10% of the June final grade if > or = 10/20 (the mark will have no effect on the final grade if it doesn't reach 10/20). Please note that the final exam for this course is cumulative.
