The course contributes to developing knowledge about business processes and decisions, both at cognitive , managerial and practical level.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

The course aim at equipping participants with the knowledge and skills for designing processes and decisions , analyzing and validating models. Through analyzing, reporting and presenting a case study, they will also develop group dynamic skills, negotiation skills, communication skills and presentation skills.

Assessment methods and criteria

Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.

The exam consists of an individual and a group assignment. The evaluation of the group assignment  is based on a report, a presentation and a challenge/improvement report . The evaluation of the individual assignment is based on a report.

Work placement(s)

The seminar will take place at the Kloster Heidberg in Eupen.  It will be organized over a weekend from Friday 5pm until Sunday 1pm.
