Learning unit contents

At the end of the first quadrimester (around beginning of December) a presentation about a Bioinformatics tool (R package, Data base, software, web application,...) will have to be performed in front of a jury composed of at least 4 professors/researchers having teaching in the bloc2 of the Master BIM.
The presentation of 10min should ideally states the following elements
-Demo of the tool
-Use of that tool on new data (data that does not belong to the demo)
-Weaknesses of the tool
It will be followed by 15 min of questions
The tool and the data can be chosen freely by the student and can be linked to the master thesis subject.
