For lectures of F. Brotcorne & R. Beudels: Conservation, coexistence and health risks at the human-wildlife interface. The aim of this lecture is to provide an introduction on conservation biology (status and threats for wildlife conservation) and human-wildlife coexistence (conflicts, health threats, management). A special focus will be done on primates in tropical environments, with a review of major zoonotic epidemics, stress-related issues in degraded habitats and management solutions of human-primate conflicts.
