Learning unit contents

In this course, we will analyze different situations of the professional practice.We willl underlize questions, solutions ans their integration in these situations.
We will explain the relativity and the contingency of these solutions and we will try to explain how there are apply.
The management of the teams, the existence of conflicts and problems will ve analyzed.

This seminarf underlizes the importance to make a difference between the objective and the subjective analyze. Distance presentation of basic elements. Analyze buy the students of professional situations .
Are important, the interactive, critical and questioning approach. One distance follow up is realize.

Additional information:

On report will be written by each participant at the end of the seminar. In this reort, the participant will present his perception about the learning and his evolution during the seminar . This learning depends of the experience of the people, the situations during the seminair and the exchanges with the other outside the seminar.
