Learning unit contents
This lecture provides an introduction to geomorphologic observations needed for geological studies.
The fieldwork (partly guided) will focus on the making of a geological-geomorphological map in the vicinity of Liege as well as on structural geology.
This map has to be prepared with GIS tools and produced in digital format.

Fieldtrips are organized in the vicinity of Liege.
The students will also be formed in mapping with GIS tools.
Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)
4-6 lectures (4 h each) are given in the classroom.
3-4 days are spent in the field - transport is by car.
