Learning outcomes of the learning unit
- Define the formal aspects of holding a board meeting: Professionally preparing a board meeting; - Optimise how the BoD works; - Develop the BoD's legal powers as well as the distribution of powers between the BoD and the Management Committee; - Define the methods of distributing information with a view to improving communication; - Define the contents and implications of the director's mission.
