Units courses prerequisite and corequisite

Prerequisite or corequisite units are presented within each program

Learning unit contents

SM part: the course was created to give students a vision of the impacts that buildings can have on their immediate environment (interior or exterior) which goes beyond the energy consumption, approximated in other courses. It revolves around a global vision of sustainable building benchmarks, insulation materials, airtightness, management of the construction phase, maintenance and waste management, and of water management.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

SM part: At the end of this course, the student will be able to consider the environmental and health impacts of buildings, other than those related to energy consumption strictly speaking, and to identify the positions to be examined in the overall improvement of these impacts.
