Definition of agrometeorology and fields of application.
Radiation budget calculation and biomass model based on radiation use efficiency.
Calculation of evapotranspirations.
Aquacrop, a crop growth model.
Calculations of momentum, heat, water vapor and CO2 fluxes between the canopy and the atmosphere.
Agroclimatology basis and applications for the determination of the length of the growing season.
Plant development and weather conditions.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
At the end of this course, the student will have acquired the basics that will allow him to understand the meteorological factors at the base of agricultural production.

Basic notions of mathematics, physics and biology
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course combines presentation of theoretical concepts and practical work. Particularity of this course, the students will have to realize one week of observations at the agrometeorological station of the Campus.

Face-to-face teaching
Organisational adjustments related to the current health context
Course will be in face to face mode as far as it will be authorized. It will switch to distance learning when it will be imposed. LifeSize will be used and course will be recorded.
