Learning unit contents
The course will focus on the conceptualization of reflective training in the main team sports, racket and combat:
Some practical sessions will be carried out to concretely illustrate the concepts seen in the lessons:
- Specific muscular work.
- Work of specific speed.
- Endurance work depending on the context.
- Intermittent work (integration into a team sport).
Individual planning work in a specific sporting context (co-sport, racquet sport or combat sport) will be carried out throughout the term and will be the subject of a longitudinal evaluation.
- meetings will be organized with experts in physical preparation and training.
Students will complete 10 + 5H of observation internship in two structures with physical preparation and evolving at least at a national level. They must observe at least one team sport and one individual sport. They will be asked, as far as possible, to take charge of athletes during part of the session.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
-Maintain the general rules of planning and planning according to the sport -Adaptate an energy work according to planning and sport -Adapting a neuromuscular work according to planning and sport
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Upstream: Basics of sports training (3 BSM) and factors of sport performance and evaluation of athletic performance (2 BSM).

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course discover the peculiarities of planning in major sports categories. It also seeks the reflexive approach.
The courses offered allow to discover the concept of physical préparatipon in real situations.

Assessment methods and criteria
Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.
Any session :
- In-person
written exam ( multiple-choice questionnaire, open-ended questions ) AND oral exam
- Remote
written exam ( multiple-choice questionnaire, open-ended questions ) AND oral exam
- If evaluation in "hybrid"
preferred in-person
Additional information:
The theoretical exam will be an oral exam in person or at a distance depending on the health context. It will cover 30% of the overall course evaluation. The internship and the stge porteron report for 15% of the evaluation while the practical courses will count for 5%.
The individual planning work as well as the oral defense of this work will count for 50% of the total course evaluation.
Work placement(s)
15h course (10h + 5h) with two physical trainers. A team sport and an individual sport must be observed.
