Learning unit contents

Write a summary document on specific muscular training related to a given sport discipline. The work of a dozen pages will be based on a review of the literature and interviews with at least three specialists in the discipline. It illustrates the muscular elements to work in the sports discipline as well as their evolution throughout the year. The job has the following structure:
-Introduction (1 page)
-Methodology of information research (quality bibliographic research + interview of minimum 3 experts with presentation of the questions asked) (1 page + expert questionnaire in appendix)
-Presentation of the characteristics of the discipline and the athletes who justify the important elements to introduce in the muscular training. (2-4 pages)
-Presentation of the training modality of the different elements of muscular work. (2-4 pages)
- Synthetic presentation of the evolution of these elements during the year. (1 page => time line or Excel table)
-Presentation of a typical bodybuilding session (1 page).
-Bibliography + Information about the experts interviewed.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

Theory: The course "of modern bodybuilding" is to give students an overview of modern techniques and tools used for strength training.
Practice: Discovering the muscular work in a high-level structure and become familiar with computer tools programming muscle.
