Learning unit contents
This course encompasses the analysis of special issues of judicial law through the review of complex case studies.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The course aims to provide students with a thourough training in judicial law allowing them to solve most of the issues they may come accross during their professional life but also to acquire a general overview of the stakes at hand.

Success in the courses : - Les institutions judiciaires (1er bac) - Droit du procès civil (3e bac)

Permanent assessement throughout the year on the basis of the papers and the oral participation of the students with regard to the case studies. No written or oral exam.
