Learning unit contents
This course is intended for students enrolled in the Specialised Master in Notarial studies who, during their Masters in Law, have taken the course "Law of Gifts and Estates, Special Issues" and obtained the credits related to this course.
These students must complete an internship (complementary) in order to become acquainted with and deal with cases in the field of inheritance and gifts. Students will choose a case that preferably involves the implementation of recent legal provisions (global inheritance agreement, liquidation of an estate that opened after August 31, 2018, etc) to present as part of their exam.

To enable students, most of whom are future notaries and notarial staff, to understand the scope of the rules relating to inheritance and gifts.

Additional information:
Oral examination. Students will submit an anonymized file that they processed during the internship and will briefly present it. They will then be questioned about the case.
