Topics that will be considered include monarchic and parliamentary principles, the various organs of the Belgian federal State, and the relationships that these organs develop with one another.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

The objective of this course is to familiarize non-Belgian students (and, in principle, non-Francophone students) with the key principles of Belgian public law and, in particular, with its peculiarities. These peculiarities should be of specific interest to participants to the course, who at the end of their Erasmus stay will return to their respective countries of origin to pursue their legal studies.
